The workshop will adopt a mixed structure, balancing formal presentations with interactive sessions to stimulate knowledge exchange and co-creation.

  • Three Paper Presentations (20 minutes each, including Q\&A)

  • Brainstorming/Interactive Discussion Session (30 minutes)

  • Break (15 minutes)

• 11:00 – 12:30 - Midday Session

  • Three Paper Presentations (20 minutes each, including Q\&A)

  • Brainstorming/Interactive Discussion Session (30 minutes)

• 12:30 – 2:00 - Networking Lunch \& Informal Discussion

• 2:00 – 3:45 - Afternoon Session

  • Three Paper Presentations (20 minutes each, including Q\&A)

  • Brainstorming/Interactive Discussion Session (30 minutes)

  • Break (15 minutes)

• 3:45 – 4:30 - Closing Session

  • Wrap-up, Next Steps, and Future Collaboration Planning (45 minutes)

This structure allows for up to nine paper presentations and three structured brainstorming sessions, ensuring a strong balance between knowledge dissemination and participant interaction.
